Be your own Valentine

Valentines Day is bombarding us. We have it in emails, advertising, TV and conversations. There are flowers, chocolates, and red hearts everywhere!!!
It can bring up a lot of different emotions. For some they have no partner, for others it shines a light on unstable relationships and then there are the some who have “perfect” valentines days of romance and bliss!Dng_155

Well today I’m sharing with you a recipe for you to create your own personal emotional bliss, enhanced with essential oils.

I’m on a journey of self fulfilment. Not outsourcing my internal self love. And its not easy, some days I’m better at it than others. But I know that they days I stop and take a moment for myself, I am in a much smoother energetic place where my emotions are centered, rather than careening wildly around.

For me using oils on myself makes me stop and pause. And in that stopping and pausing I create a doorway to connect into me. My higher, true self. Thats where I aspire to live on a daily basis, having that self connection and belief guide me and inspire me.

I love making little mantras when I use the oils and I have found that it just takes the experience to an entire new level. The Young Living blends are a great tool for this, as you will see in my Self connection recipe below

You can use this recipe or you can use your favourite oils. By favourite I mean; the one that when you smell it, it just makes you feel vibrant and alive.

Essential Oil recipe for self connection: 

  1. 1 drop of Believe essential oil blend on the third eye
    And say “I believe in myself”
  2. 1 drop of Acceptance essential oil blend on the heart
    And say “I accept my power. I accept myself.”
  3. 1 drop of Gratitude essential oil blend on the Sola Plexus (The Sola Plexus is about 2 inch or 4 cm above your belly button)
    and say “I’m so grateful to be here right now experiencing everything in my life, the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. “

Then take a moment to feel them enter into your body and the energy to shift.

Cup your hands (which now has the different oils on them) over your face and take 10 deep slow inhalations.
This can be repeated as many times as needed through the day or in the morning to set up your day in a centered, clear space.
