Essential oils to support adrenals

Clove, Nutmeg and RosemaryEssential oils are a really effective and easy way to support your adrenals.
I like to give my adrenals a boost when I’ve been very stressed (especially long term stress), or super busy.

This recipe is from in the Essential Oils Desk Reference (A fab reference book on using Young Living essential oils, if you don’t have one, it can be purchased from Life Science Publishers)

Adrenal Support Recipe:

  • 3 drops Clove
  • 3 drops Nutmeg
  • 7 drops Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp of V6 (any carrier oil)

Combine them all together and apply in a compress to the adrenals every night.

Very simple and I think it smells delicious!!
