Stress Away Essential Oil Blend
Stress Away for me is up there with the few oil blends that I just want to eat every time I smell it. The good news is that I can!
It comes in both a 15ml bottle as well as a 10ml roll on.
Why is it so yummy to smell? Its a blend of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea and Lavender.
For me its the Lime, Vanilla with the hint of cinnamon from the Ooctea that really draws me in!!!
All the oils in Stress Away are great for lowering cortisol levels and bringing harmony and balance to the mind.
Its one I confidently use on my 10 month old son as well. Its already diluted in a coconut oil base so I don’t dilute it further.
How I like to use Stress Away blend:
1-2 drops on back of neck, pulse points, behind ears
5-8 drops in a diffuser
3-5 drops in some epsom salts and then add to a bath
1 drop in my water glass, cold or warm water.
1-2 drops in hand and cup hands over face, take 3 x deep inhalations
3-5 drops in date balls or chocolates
